Map navigation

The WAC map is built for quick inspection of transportation context.

Basic movement

  • Drag to pan around the map.
  • Scroll or pinch to zoom.
  • Click a visible feature to inspect available source details.

Layers and features

Camera points represent source-provided camera locations where WAC has implemented coverage. Recent imagery may be available when the upstream source is publishing usable frames and WAC has processed them recently.

Road-condition context appears only where WAC has implemented that data category. Coverage varies by region and source.

Source context

When a feature has source information, use it to understand provenance. WAC is an interpretation layer; the upstream agency or platform remains the authoritative publisher.
