Research notes
This section is an incubator for source research, candidate providers, and exploratory notes. These notes do not imply that a source is live in WAC.
Research notes are intentionally less detailed than internal implementation notes. They may include official agency pages, open-data portals, public developer-program links, or high-level observations about coverage. They should not include hidden endpoint walkthroughs, request recipes, scraper code, or operational commands.
